I will be leading runs from Wellington & The Wrekin. Somehow I’ve not yet had enough of the hill yet!
I've been a run leader nearly 3 years & have not led on the Wrekin before. Battle Of The Sexes challenge has encouraged me to embrace the incline and trails. So expect an hour of mixed pace up and downs. Trail shoes required.
My Wellington runs will aim to be 6ish miles in distance. Speed 8.5 - 9.5 minute miles. If you’ve ran with me before on a Thursday my routes are normally challenging and littered with Strava segments that I will encourage you to attack!

I will be leading runs from Wellington. I have some good trail routes on the Ercall and Limekiln Woods where I fast walk up the steeper hills and run the rest at a steady pace.
I also have some good 5 mile routes on the country lanes out to Wrockwardine and usually run these at 10-11 min mile pace but will adapt to meet the needs of the group. If there is interest, I would like to lead a weekly running drills session in the Bowring Park.
We would meet at the Wellington Leisure Centre for a warm up run to the park and gently jog back after completing 25 mins of drills.

I will be leading runs from Asda Donnington. These will be a mixture of tarmac & trail with nothing too strenuous. These will be between 8 & 9.30 pace & about 7 miles in length depending on enthusiasm on the night.
I'll also be leading a run meeting at Oakengates Theatre car park. This will be 10 miles & will alternate between the usual club Tuesday & Thursday 10 mile routes as Oakengates features on both. 8 to 9.30 pace again & no one will be left behind. Faster runners will loop.

My name is John I have been a run leader for a while now. My runs will be starting at Asda Donnington and also at the Wrekin. My group will cater for 9min mile pace and upwards.
The Donnington runs will be a mix of road run some weeks and maybe some road/light trail other weeks as we explore Granville Country Park. Road shoes will be fine unless I specify otherwise. I like to sometimes spice up the sessions with a bit of speed work or hill work. Runs will be 1 hour long.
Wrekin runs will need trail shoes and be trail with some technical but safe routes to keep it interesting.

I’ve been running for 11 years since doing the couch to 5k. I like my runs to be varied and flexible. Each week I will try and offer something a little different, trails, road, hilly, flat!
You’d be surprised at how many lovely routes I’ve found from the Donnington area! I can take shorter 4 mile runs and longer 8 to 10 mile runs! Keep checking the booking system!

I’ll be leading runs from Asda in Donnington, running for approximately an hour at a pace suitable for runners who would normally join the 8:30 - 9:30 groups. Routes will explore the Priorslee, Muxton, Oakengates and St Georges areas with opportunities to run on paths and trails as well as the pavements.
Donna Howells
I can lead runs from Ketley - Oakengates - Lawley.
Pace will be 9:30 - 11:30 depending who would like to join me.
No one gets left behind and if you fancy a quick(er) one, loop for me!!

I will be mostly running from the cricket club in St.Georges, so there’s bound to be a hill in there somewhere.
Pretty relaxed 9-10min pace around 6 mile.
You’d be surprised how many off licenses I’ve found since lockdown 😁
